Project: New Construction
CLAY Construction was looking for a reliable and Passive House qualified Building Envelope contractor for a new construction project in Burnaby.
Time to complete: 8 Months

- 2” Semirigid Exterior Insulation Installation
- Rain Screen Installation over 2” Exterior Semirigid Insulation ensuring no damage to air and weather control membrane.
- Wall penetration detailing ensuring weather and air tightest.
- Custom on-site made light, power outlet and hose bib metal plates and boxes.
- Custom metal window and door trim, design and installation reducing thermal bridging and providing sufficient ventilation behind cladding.
