I have a very old house and one corner of the front porch sagged. It looked like it had sunk about 4 inches. In the room below, the drywall was damp and it was clear there was a significant problem.

Wojtek took some pieces apart to get an initial look and outlined a reasonable work plan. Michael and Dustin carried out the work over the course of a week and a half, first bracing the porch roof, then removing all the wet material. It turned out there was no support post or footing, just a 2x6 resting on a rock. So they started from the ground up, building proper support including a cement foundation and proper posts. Then they carefully re-did the finishes so that the house looked exactly the same – but not sagging, of course.

It was a unique and fiddly project which they carried out professionally. Each evening they cleaned up, covering the structure they were working on, and ensuring there were highly visible barriers to ensure no one coming onto the property stumbled. Their communication each day was excellent. The cost was reasonable.

Wojtek and his team replaced the siding on my house with great attention to detail. It was quality work, done in a timely manner with a good price.

He also replaced my back stairs  I am very happy with the finished product on everything he did.

They truly go above and beyond. When it comes to the exterior envelope of a building, their expertise and dedication stand out. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
